Here are
some anti-cellulite tips
Avoid fluid retention
Try to drink
at least 2 liters of water a day. You can do it by means of infusions to
eliminate toxins as well. Avoid coffee, alcohol, tobacco and carbonated drinks.
Clothing and postures are also relevant: do not wear tight clothes and try not
to cross your legs.
Follow a well-balanced diet
Follow a
diet rich in fiber, reduce salt, control the intake of sugar, and avoid fatty
foods. Try to eat fresh and seasonal foods.
Activate blood flow
The shower
is the best time to work on good leg blood flow. Massage your legs with a horsehair
glove in circular movements, and finish with jets of cold water in an upward direction,
from the ankle to the groin. Afterward, moisturize the skin very well.
Say no to a sedentary lifestyle and stay active
Try to move
around and avoid sitting or standing for long hours. Practice a low- or moderate-intensity
activity for at least 45 minutes daily; you can either walk, run or swim. Do
not use the elevator; take the stairs instead.
Help yourself with phytotherapy
Try birch and horsetail to
reduce fluid retention; butcher’s broom and horse chestnut to enhance blood
flow; and tea and kelp to promote fat mobilization.
