INGREDIENTS:
6 organic
cookies with muesli
½ cup of chia
1 and ½ cups of organic flaxseed drink
Sweetener or honey to taste
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Hydrate the
chia with the organic flaxseed drink, add the sweetener, mix and keep in the
fridge for 20-30 min.
Place the cookies at the bottom of the glass and the hydrated chia above them.
Then, add the red berries on top.
We can also use seasonal fruits and nuts, for instance.
