Shiro miso soup with vegetables


A basic dish of Japanese cuisine is made of organic miso from Soria Natural, available in two varieties.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 4 cups of water
  • Wakame seaweed
  • 1 and ½ tsp of Shiro miso from Soria Natural
  • 1 tablet of vegetable broth from Soria Natural
  • Soba noodles (optional)
  • Sesame (optional)

Directions

Cut the carrots into thin slices.

In a saucepan, add the onion, leek, carrot, seaweed and water; cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Dilute the miso with a little of the soup juice, reduce the heat to a minimum, and add the miso.

Turn off and serve.

You can add soba noodles, cooking them separately, and sesame.
